Hi, I'm Federica.

I created O Sopro do Mar because I believe true healing doesn't happen by separating our essence.

In my practice, I combine the precision and therapeutic touch of Lymphatic Drainage and Ayurveda, with the deep listening of Counseling and the powerful intuition of Evolutionary Radiesthesia.

My goal here, in this magnificent Portuguese land divided between river and ocean, is to help you find your inner tide, letting go of what is blocked and welcoming the fluidity of life.
